              Quality Construction from Start to Finish

    The actual construction starts in our factory in a controlled environment. We build the main structure or shell as wall panels and trusses that are then shipped to the building site. Once onsite the shell can be assembled with a small crew in a few days. The ability to close-in a home that quickly provides several benefits compared to conventional methods. Once dried in the home can be completed like any other home construction. This allows for the home owner to complete the remainder of the home their self if so desired. This can reduce the overall cost and provide sweat equity. “Eco-Built”® Homes can facilitate any portion of the process as needed.

Though are homes are smaller in size the common construction costs are relatively the same, such as a kitchen, furnace or water heater.
